Hard things in life need to be done, and life will go on.
To endure trials with patience and understanding is something that I know can only come from experience; but our time isn't that long here.
How did the Savior withstand the pains in His life? As you read of His life, we can know that though He was the Son of God, He still acted in Faith.
Did he know he would raise Lazarus from the dead before he had died?
So with the same faith, we must go forth enduring the trials of life with patience and love. All of that precious understanding is possible because of the Gospel, and we can not only endure, but lay up in store for the storms to come. D&C 4:7 "Ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Amen." With the power of the Atonement, and our rebirth in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost by water and fire to become heirs, we can have that grace to become what the Lord has planned since forever. The Lord has given us everything we need in this life, but the gift most precious above all else is Jesus Christ.
In the Book of Mormon, we can find the teachings of Christ pure and simple; and by reading in faith, we will find exactly what we need. (2 Nephi 9:47-48)
